Locate International investigators are looking into the death of the woman whose body was found at Queens Mead Recreation ground on April 24, 2004.
A team of volunteers from the UK-based charity have started to re-investigate the case in the hope of identifying the woman.
The woman, who was believed to be aged between 35 and 50, was around 5 feet 8 inches tall, with shoulder-length blonde hair.
She was found to be wearing a black cardigan over a long black blouse, a cream jacket, and black leather ankle boots labelled “Spirit” in size six.
Her blouse, size 16 trousers, and black underwear with a single pink motif were branded as “Jeff and Co.”
A beige jacket was also discovered at the scene.
She wore several bracelets on her left wrist which were a wooden bangle and four beaded bracelets.
One of the bracelets was round black, another green, one with multiple colours, and one with mauve/white beads.
A spokesperson for the charity said: “We would love to be able to give her back her identity and perhaps bring closure to a family who do not yet know what happened to their loved one.
“If anyone can remember the case or has any information – however seemingly insignificant – we want to hear from you.
“The slightest thing might be the clue which helps us to identify the woman.”
