  • Oven method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C / gas mark 4, add pecan halves in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet, and roast nuts for 5-10 minutes, shaking them carefully or turning them with a spatula halfway through so they roast evenly.
