Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.

Finlay

Finlay is described as a “worried boy who does not seem to have had a lot of socialisation in the past.”
He takes a while to bond with new people, especially men, so is ideally looking for a female owner.
Once he gets to trust someone he can be quite affectionate and enjoys the company.
Ideally, he would go to a home with someone who is experienced with the terrier breed and has the patience to help him settle in.
Jeffrey

Breed – Crossbreed
Colour – White and Brown

Jeffrey came into the care of the RSPCA from a multi-rabbit home and was then rehomed to bond with a female rabbit.
However, that didn’t work out and he was returned before being transferred to the Brighton branch.
He is described as a “sweet gentleman with a calm character” who loves his greens and treats.
The RSPCA adds: “Jeffrey is looking for a calm home with experienced owners who have bonded rabbits before – and will take the time and patience Jeffrey needs to be bonded with a spayed female companion.
“He is a clean boy, so could live inside in the right home. He is neutered and up-to-date on all treatments and vaccinations.”
Queso

Queso is described as a “quiet guy” who enjoys using all the hiding places in his tank.
He is a bit wriggly when being picked up but is improving and is also “pleasantly tidy” for a male mouse.
The RSPCA adds: “In his next home, Queso will need a spacious tank with lots of enrichment and things to keep them occupied and busy. He will need knowledgeable owners who have had small rodents before.”

Age – One year old
Breed – Lionhead crossbreed (Aubin) and Harlequin (Alaska)

Aubin and Alaska came to the Sussex North & Brighton branch after being born in foster care.
Both of them are not too keen on being picked up as they tend to wriggle and are on a diet at the moment as they are a little overweight.
They are looking to find a home together and will need a large setup, shed or wendy house with a run attached.
The RSPCA adds: “They could potentially live indoors but they aren’t fully clean yet. However, with a bit of patience and perseverance, they could be clean enough to live inside, as they get cleaner everyday.”
