Joseph Eubank entered not guilty pleas to two counts of raping the girl on July 16, 2022.
Eubank, 27, appeared for the first time at Lewes Crown Court this afternoon (February 8) facing two counts of raping a girl under the age of 18.

He was wearing a black T-shirt and grey overcoat as he entered his pleas from the dock.
The woman reported being attacked near the Palace Pier. She is being supported by specialist officers, police said.
The trial is scheduled to begin on September 23.
