Luke Brooks and James Theseus Buck from artist collective Rottingdean Bazaar won the Best Recording Package title at the prestigious awards ceremony.
The pair were honoured for their album work for post-punk band Dry Cleaning’s album Stumpwork, made in collaboration with photographer Annie Collinge.
Speaking at the event, held in Los Angeles on Sunday night, James said he was “flabbergasted” to win.
He dedicated the award to his father who died last month.
“He was really excited about this and he was the biggest music fan we’ve ever known,” James said.

The artwork for the album, the second from the band, depicts a bar of soap with the name of the album written in loose hair.
The ceremony saw female musicians including Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish and Miley Cyrus dominate the major categories at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
Taylor Swift secured the top award of the night, making history as the first person to win album of the year four times.
While accepting the award, the pop star announced she would be releasing a new album titled The Tortured Poets Department in April.

Canadian singer Celine Dion made a surprise appearance at the show to present the album of the year award to the star, amid her battle with rare neurological condition Stiff Person Syndrome.
Taylor said: “I would love to tell you that this is the best moment of my life, but I feel this happy when I finish a song or when I crack the code to a bridge that I love or when I’m shot-listing a music video, or when I’m rehearsing with my dancers or my band or getting ready to go to Tokyo to play a show.
“For me, the award is the work. All I want to do is keep being able to do this. I love it so much. It makes me so happy.
“It makes me unbelievably blown away that it makes some people happy who voted for this award too. All I want to do is keep doing this, so thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to do what I love so much – mind blown.”
