The Ice House, a medical centre in Rock-a-Nore Road in Hastings Old Town, will be auctioned by Acuitus, a commercial property firm, on February 15.
The medical centre is a 7,622-sq ft property with an annual rental income of £125,255.
It is on the market with a guide price of £1.25 million.
The centre, which is being sold on behalf of joint receivers, is seven stories high and has a new 20-year lease from completion, subject to option, which benefits from rent reviews every three years.

Charlie Powter, of Acuitus, said: “Healthcare investments are highly valued commodities due to their longstanding tenants offering vital social services.
“We expect many potential buyers to show interest in this property”.
The auction will be livestreamed on Acuitus’ website at 1pm on February 15, with bids accepted online, by phone and by proxy.
