The Cheval Maison will offer “luxury serviced apartments” combined with a ground-floor restaurant, a gym, a lounge area, and a rooftop terrace bar.
The new development will be situated in the heart of Blythswood Hill as it will be built at 139 and 141 West Regent Street.
It will include 70 apartments that will be split into 27 standard studios, 15 large studios, 23 one-bedroom apartments, and five two-bedroom apartments.
Planning permission for the new development has been granted by Glasgow City Council.
Simon Mullen, managing director at 141 WRS said: “We are excited to be making progress on this development, which we hope will transform a disused space to reinvigorate a prominent corner of the city centre.
“Once open, we will draw on Cheval Collection’s decades of experience in serviced apartments to attract both international guests and the local community.”

Currently, the company operates nine locations in London, three in Edinburgh, and one in Dubai.
The development is set to open in 2026.
