An arrest has been made after a man was spotted “walking off” the end of a platform at a railway station.
British Transport Police (BTP) say the incident happened shortly before 1pm in Folkestone Central.
It was reported that a man was seen “walking off the end of the platform”.
A Southeastern train driver then spotted him along the tracks and picked him up.
He was later brought back to the station building where he was arrested for trespassing. Officers have confirmed he is currently in custody.
It is understood that the incident has not caused any delays to services running today.
