Emergency services are currently attending the incident in Selsey Road, near Pagham Nature Reserve, this afternoon.
It appears to involve a single car which has left the road.
A section of the road near Keynor Lane, north of Selsey, is currently partially blocked as recovery work continues.
Sussex Police have been approached for comment.
