Emergency services rushed to the Gallowgate at approximately 7.10pm after three vehicles collided.
The road was closed in both directions, as was Bellgrove Street and Abercromby Street at the junction.
The area fully reopened at around 11.20pm.
Police Scotland confirmed they had been called to a crash, but no details on injuries or arrests were given at this time.
A spokesperson said: “Around 7.10pm on Monday, December 25, 2023, police were called to a three-car road crash on the Gallowgate near to Abercromby Street, Glasgow.
“Enquiries are continuing.”
