Officers want to speak to a man they believe holds the key to their investigation.
The nature of the incident, which occurred at Carnbroe, Coatbridge on Tuesday, November 28 has not been disclosed by the force.
The man is described as white, about 5ft 10in tall and of slim build.
He was seen to be wearing a black jacket with a grey Nike logo on the left chest area, black tracksuit bottoms, a black ‘tammy’ style hat, and grey and black Nike Air Vapor Max trainers.
