A number of trains between the two stations are cancelled today (November 27) due because of damage to a set of signals just outside of Eastbourne caused by the derailment.

An engineering train derailed at low speed last weekend but has since been rerailed. However the incident means that platform three at Eastbourne Station is out of use.

Some services will be making additional stops at Berwick and Glynde, though it will mainly be trains running between Eastbourne and London Victoria.
