More than half of UK homes have a D EPC rating or below, a new study from rental specialists UNCLE shows.  UNCLE looked at data across the 30 most populated cities in the UK to determine which homes have the best EPC ratings and which the worst. The study found that more than 15 million homes have an EPC rating of D or below; the average EPC rating for UK homes is 68.
