Officers responded to reports that two 13-year-old boys were approached and surrounded by a group of people before one was assaulted and had his possessions stolen in the Brighton Palace Pier on February 9 at 1pm. The A21 Bromley Road was closed after the incident near Bellingham train station around 4pm yesterday (April 23).
