Companies House Hamptons has analysed Companies House data and found that one in five (20%) buy-to-let companies set up in the UK so far this year are owned by non-UK national shareholders, with the others owned by UK shareholders. It’s a figure that has grown from 13% in 2016, rising in nine of the last 10 years.
