Police attended a property in Gossops Drive, Gossops Green in Crawley, at around 2.30pm on Saturday (May 31) to arrest a suspect in an ongoing investigation. The suspect resisted arrest and assaulted three officers, causing significant injuries, before fleeing into a nearby property. Mohammed Rasool, 43, of Gossops Drive, was arrested.  He has now been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and two counts each of actual bodily harm and non-fatal strangulation.
