UK Build to Rent (BTR) investment volumes in H1 2025 totalled £1.9bn, according to preliminary data from CBRE. A further £2.2bn of investment is currently under offer. A landlord in north London has been ordered to pay in excess of £82,000 after he was found guilty of illegally letting two flats in north London. George Nathanel, the director of Zenobia properties, was advertising the flats on Grove Road, North Finchley, on sites such as Airbnb for short-term holiday rental.
