DEBT Box and other defendants in a Securities and Exchange Commission lawsuit want the case tossed after the court found the agency lied to secure a temporary restraining order against them.“The SEC got this case wrong. Residents and visitors are being urged to support the community crowd-funding campaign to help repair the eastern wall of the Church of the Good Shepherd on Shoreham Beach and its cavalry war memorial. The memorial commemorates the lives of 12 local men who died during the First World War and seven who died during World War Two. Avenir Growth Partners is seeking to raise $800 million for its fifth fund, it disclosed in a securities filing, two years after it began the paperworks for raising its IV fund. It ended up raising about $780 million for the fourth fund, it disclosed in a filing earlier this year.
