Ian Silvester, of Locks Hill, Portslade, is accused of several offences between 1986 and 2019. Silvester, 59, is charged with 42 incidents of indecent assaults against boys under the age of 16 and 26 incidents of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with boys aged between 13 to 15. Russian state-owned oil pipeline company Transneft has had its ability to move funds restricted after a UK court granted an injunction against the firm as part of a $14bn lawsuit.
