The director of a UK payment company that was recently put under notice by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has left the firm. Mikhail Nadel’s position as director of Dzing Finance was terminated on 20 November, according to Companies House documents. Nadel (also known as Michael Strogonov), a Russian citizen, was once the chairman of the board of the largest commercial bank in Kyrgyzstan, AsiaUniversalBank. Michael Sardes, 25, of Tilgate Way, Crawley, spat at an officer and bit another as he was being arrested to prevent a breach of the peace after a disturbance at an address in Tilgate Way on November 30. He pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on December 1 to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker, harassment and criminal damage.
