Mikhail Nadel’s position as director of Dzing Finance was terminated on 20 November, according to Companies House documents. Michael Sardes, 25, of Tilgate Way, Crawley, spat at an officer and bit another as he was being arrested to prevent a breach of the peace after a disturbance at an address in Tilgate Way on November 30. He pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on December 1 to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker, harassment and criminal damage.
