The United States Securities and Exchange Commission has denied a Coinbase petition for rulemaking on transactions with cryptocurrencies that are securities. Coinbase filed the petition in July 2022 and pushed steadily for a response.SEC Chair Gary Gensler announced the commission’s decision in a Dec. 15 statement. The incident, happened in Water Lane, Storrington, at around 10pm on Friday. Sussex Police confirmed two cars were involved and there were only minor injuries from the incident. Both cars ended up off the road in the collision. The BMW had damage to its front left side including a front wheel which was forced outwards. The car on top had damage to its driver’s side door.  The section of road it happened on was a 40mph zone. Police and firefighters from West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service attended.
