Silvester, 59, is charged with 42 incidents of indecent assaults against boys under the age of 16 and 26 incidents of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with boys aged between 13 to 15. Russian state-owned oil pipeline company Transneft has had its ability to move funds restricted after a UK court granted an injunction against the firm as part of a $14bn lawsuit.
