Jason Foley, 48, allegedly attacked Graham Foley at his home in Glasgow’s Partick on December 25 2022. Court papers state Foley repeatedly struck Graham on the body with a knife. This is said to have been done to Graham’s severe injury and to the danger of his life. Foley pleaded not guilty to the single charge at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
