Between Sunday, November 19 and Tuesday, January 9, a number of fuel thefts were reported to police.  These occurred in Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Fife and Ayrshire.  Following an investigation, police confirmed a 45-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the thefts on Thursday, January 11.  He was due to appear at Glasgow Sherriff Court on Friday, January 12.  A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.  Source link
