On Thursday, May 21, two teenage girls reported seeing a man behaving suspiciously in an underpass beneath Via Ravenna, Chichester, at around 11am. Sussex Police said he is reported to have exposed himself to the pair, before they left the scene. He was a white man in his late 20s, with black curly hair and a shaven face. He was wearing a black office suit with a blazer top and leather shoes.
