The World Naked Bike Ride in London has taken place annually since 2004, with the exception of 2020 when the ride was cancelled due to the pandemic. Traditionally, the World Naked Bike Ride occurs on the second Saturday in June. This year, it is scheduled for the afternoon of Saturday, June 8. According to AA Maps, the crash happened at around 9am. The crash, involving two vehicles according to AA Maps, occurred clockwise on the bridge before J1A of the A206 in Dartford. AA Maps is currently reporting congestion to J31 near Thurrock and Purfleet, back over the bridge. According to National Highways, there are minor delays on the M25 anticlockwise at junction J1A along with congestion at junction J30 with delays of ten minutes.
