Residents have praised a bold mystery graffiti artist who defaced potholes with crude drawings of penises. The vandal targeted the tarmac on the A259 in Dymchurch due to a large break in the road surface that has been left unrepaired for about a year. Penises have been drawn on the A259 in Dymchurch. A public outreach event took place on May 29 and 31, with officers and Dartford Council representatives providing the public with information regarding the updated Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in the city. The PSPO has been in place in the town centre since 2017 and was introduced to tackle anti-social behaviour.
