Traffic Scotland Reports Delays on Glasgow’s M8 Due to Collision and Breakdown Traffic Scotland has announced that traffic is currently slowing on the westbound lanes of the M8 motorway between Junction 14 (Blochairn Interchange) and Junction 16 (Dobbie’s Loan Interchange) because of a crash at Junction 16.
