The incident happened in Croydon Road near Long Lane just after 7pm today (May 15).  London Ambulance Service and an air ambulance attended and found a child injured.  They were taken to hospital for treatment where their condition is unknown.  The nature of the incident also remains unknown. Barzan Nawshowani assaulted a 20-year-old woman at his barber shop on Duke Street in Glasgow after she had been drinking during a night out. Nawshowani, an Iraqi Kurdish refugee who obtained asylum in the UK, was found guilty of raping the woman and initially received a six-year prison sentence after a trial. A search warrant was given for the warehouse in Dartford on Saturday, May 11, 2024. Officers recovered more than £300,000 worth of items during the pre-planned enforcement. As well as recovering the items from inside the property, police also seized sunglasses, shoes, and watches from the boot of a car parked nearby. Officers arrested a 53-year-old man and two women, aged 36 and 45, in connection with the investigation. They have all been bailed until Sunday, August 11 while investigations continue. Source link
