Elder, who was adopted from Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare in Ringmer near Lewes,  accompanied the broadcaster as she opened Goodwoof with a parade of hundreds of labradors. The incident occurred on Govan Road in Glasgow’s Southside shortly after 11pm on Saturday, May 18. Police reported that two men, aged 18 and 20, were assaulted on the street. The pair was taken to the hospital but were later discharged without treatment. An investigation into the incident is ongoing. A Police Scotland spokesperson said, “Around 11.15pm on Saturday, May 18, 2024, we received a report that two men aged 18 and 20 were assaulted on Govan Road in Glasgow.
