Residents have praised a bold mystery graffiti artist who defaced potholes with crude drawings of penises. A public outreach event took place on May 29 and 31, with officers and Dartford Council representatives providing the public with information regarding the updated Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in the city. The PSPO has been in place in the town centre since 2017 and was introduced to tackle anti-social behaviour.
