A 47-year-old man allegedly stole a quantity of butchered meat from a supermarket at 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, August 3. He was subsequently apprehended in the Clydebank area after officers heard him attempting to sell the stolen steaks. Upon searching the man, the stolen meat was reportedly recovered.
