Emergency crews are at a seafront searching for a person after concerns were raised for their welfare.
Police and paramedics were called just after 1pm to the Military Road area of Ramsgate, near The Churchill Tavern.
Pictures show at least two patrol cars and an ambulance in attendance.
The person in question has not yet been located.
A police spokesman said: “We were called at 1.08pm today to a report of concern for a person in the Military Road area of Ramsgate.
“Officers attended and enquiries to locate the person are ongoing.”
