Kent Police is attending a report of a crash involving four vehicles on the northbound carriageway of the M25 just before Junction 3.
Officers were called to the scene at 7.03am today (May 13).
A man has reported injuries and has been taken to hospital.
Work is ongoing to recover the vehicles from the road.
AA Maps reported long delays and three lanes closed due to the crash, with congestion stretching back to J4 (Orpington).
Onlookers also causing delays on the opposite carriageway back over the QE2 Bridge towards J29 (A127 Romford).
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Kent Police is attending a report of a collision involving four vehicles on the northbound carriageway of the M25 just before junction 3.
“Officers were called to the scene at 7.03am on Wednesday 13 May 2026 along with other emergency services. A man has reported injuries and been taken to hospital.
“Work is ongoing to recover the vehicles from the road.”
