Cancelled Southeastern trains due to line closures on Sunday - UK Daily: Tech, Science, Business & Lifestyle News Updates



This will affect trains on Sunday (April 26) only.

Trains will run as normal on Saturday (April 25).

We have broken down the details for you to plan ahead.

 

Sunday (April 26):

Engineering work is taking place between London Victoria and Dartford via Bexleyheath.

To allow extra trains to run between London Charing Cross, London Bridge and Blackheath for the London Marathon, trains that usually run between London Victoria and Dartford via Bexleyheath will run via Sidcup until approximately midday.

The first trains to run normally between London Victoria and Dartford via Bexleyheath will be the 11.32am train from Dartford to London Victoria, and the 12.03pm train from London Victoria to Dartford.

Additional trains will run between London Charing Cross and Dartford via Bexleyheath until midday.

Engineering work is also taking place between Paddock Wood and Strood, closing all lines.

Trains between Paddock Wood and Strood will not run.

Replacement buses will run between Paddock Wood and Maidstone West calling at all stations.

They will also run between Maidstone West and Strood calling at all stations.

Beltring, Yalding, Wateringbury,  East Farleigh, Maidstone West, Maidstone Barracks, Aylesford, New Hythe, Snodland, Halling, and Cuxton stations will be closed all day and served by replacement buses.
