The plants were found when police executed a warrant at a property on Sayer Close in Greenhithe on Friday, March 27.
Officers located the plants in the downstairs living area and two upstairs bedrooms, along with growing equipment.
A 33-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
Xhevahir Axhami, of Park Road in London, has been charged with being concerned in the production of a class B drug and abstracting/using electricity without authority.
He appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 30, and has been remanded in custody.
Mr Axhami is due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on April 27.
