The store, next to Argyll Arcade at 102 Argyle Street, has signage in the window which reads: “Hey, we have closed this store, but we’re still close by.”
It then directs people to visit their other branch at 55-56 Buchanan Street.
Three is one of the UK’s big four mobile networks, launched in 2003 as a 3G challenger and now carrying around a third of the country’s mobile data on its 4G and 5G network, which covers roughly 99% of the population.
Three runs multiple high street and mall stores across the city, including Buchanan Street, Sauchiehall Street and Argyle Street in the city centre, plus units in the Forge, Glasgow Fort, Braehead and other retail parks.
