The insurer has partnered with Steer Automotive Group to launch a co-branded repair centre in the city, supporting customers across a high-demand region.
This facility forms part of Admiral’s future-focused repair strategy.
Scott McCammon, head of motor repair at Admiral, said: “Our co-branded repair centre gives Admiral dedicated repair capacity in a key market, helping us deliver great outcomes for our customers across a large portion of Scotland’s Central Belt.
“Workforce development is central to our collaboration with Steer.
“By investing in a repair network that creates opportunities for apprentices and technicians, we’re helping to build a long-term, skilled workforce for the automotive industry.”

It reinforces a shared commitment to sustainability, skills investment and workforce inclusion.
Steer Automotive Group has an apprenticeship programme with around 300 apprentices, more than 10% female representation and a retention rate exceeding 90%.
