Three men have been charged with rape after the “serious sexual assault” of a woman in Belfast.
Police said the men, aged 21, 35, and 55, will appear in Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 25.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Detectives in Belfast investigating the report of serious sexual assault of a woman have charged three men with rape.
“The men aged 21, 35 and 55 are due to appear in Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 25th February.
“As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.”
