A stolen spaniel has been reunited with its owners after being found 160 miles away from home during a firearms raid.
Honey was discovered by Dorset rural police officers, who had been searching a property in West Dorset in conjunction with the RSPCA.

Sharing a picture of Honey sat inside with officers in a patrol car, the force said they had been able to identify her owners.
She went missing from Denge Woods, Canterbury in December 2025, but has now been handed back to her “very happy” family.
As well as the brown and white spaniel, a number of items were seized, with a man in his 30s arrested on suspicion of taking or detaining a dog as well as firearms offences.
The suspect has since been released on bail.
