Emergency services were called to Church Street, in Eastbourne, at around 9.30pm on Saturday (February 21), following a crash involving a car and a motorcycle.
Police said the car, described as grey, did not stop at the scene.
The motorcyclist was seriously injured and remains in hospital at this time.
