Pc Peter De Silvo, 48, pleaded not guilty to stalking a woman between October 2021 and 2023 at Guildford Crown Court on Monday (February 16).
This included allegedly checking sat nav records, dash cam footage, activating a tracking app on an ipad, photographing personal items, accessing emails and a dating app.
The Worthing man, who is currently suspended, also denied accessing the force’s automatic number plate recognition system to check the woman’s movements on November 21 2021.
At the same hearing, he pleaded not guilty to gaining unauthorised access to a Sussex Police system in relation to a man on November 4 2021.
He further denied a charge of unlawfully obtaining access to personal data from a crime reporting system on June 12 2021 and denied a charge of fraud by false representation to Adur and Worthing Council on July 6 2022.
On June 2 he will face a further hearing to plead over three more charges in relation to the Data Protection Act.
A trial date for De Silvo has been set for December 7 this year.
Sussex Police previously said misconduct proceedings will be considered after the criminal case is over.
