James Greenhorn, 61, died following an incident on Dalness Close, Tollcross, at around 12.25pm Monday, February 9.
Police confirmed a 23-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection and is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, February 16.

We previously reported a 30-year-old man had also been arrested and charged in connection.
This man had allegedly fled Scotland and escaped to Liverpool in order to avoid detection.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 12.25pm following reports of a disturbance.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of James Greenhorn in Dalness Close, Tollcross, Glasgow on Monday, February 9.

“The 23-year-old is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, February 16.
“A 30-year-old man was previously arrested and charged and appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Friday, February 13.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
James Greenhorn, 61, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe he was the victim of a deliberate and targeted attack.
We reported on Tuesday that Detective Chief Inspector David Lamont said: “Around 12.25pm on Monday, February 9 2026, we were called to Dalness Close in Tollcross, Glasgow, following a report of a disturbance on the street.
“James Greenhorn, 61, from the Tollcross area, was pronounced dead at the scene.
“His family is aware.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
“We believe that Mr Greenhorn was deliberately targeted.
“Our investigation is ongoing and we are following a definite line of enquiry.
“Additional patrols are in the area and anyone with concerns or information can speak to any of our officers.”
Following the incident, a large stretch of Dallness Crescent was cordoned off as forensic teams examined the scene.
A visible police presence remained in the area throughout the day as officers carried out enquiries.
Police could be seen guarding the area and patrolling the scene.
