Emergency services have closed a seafront road this evening.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene of an incident in Marine Drive, Margate.
A black car was seen within the cordon on a pedestrian crossing.
The road closure, which has since been lifted, was between the Marine Terrace mini roundabout and Market Street, with vehicles being turned around.
Police have been approached for more information.
