Officers were called to M Bar in Piries Place, Horsham, at around 12.40am on January 31, following reports of an incident involving a large group of people inside.
A man aged 24 was seriously injured and remains in hospital.
Three men aged 27, 22, and 19, and woman aged 18 were also injured during the incident.
A 26-year-old woman from Kingston-Upon-Thames was initially arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm, and has been bailed, pending further enquiries.
Sussex Police are investigating the incident and have released images of two men they wish to speak with in connection with their enquiries.
The first is described as being 5ft 10in with dark hair, aged in his 20s or 30s, wearing a red and white rugby-style short sleeved polo shirt, a dark jacket, dark trousers or blue jeans, brown boots of shoes.
The second is described as being 5ft 9in with a beard and slicked-back dark hair, aged in his 20s or 30s, wearing a dark zip-up jacket, blue jeans, dark shoes and white socks.
Detective Inspector Lee Simmonds said: “This was an incident of disorder which was unacceptable, with individuals putting themselves, each other, members of the public, and police officers at risk of harm.
“In particular we are seeking to identify two men in connection with this investigation.
“We are urging anyone with CCTV, dashcam, and mobile phone footage of what happened to come forward if they have not already done so.”
