The one-night-only special event features 12 local comedians
Some of Northern Ireland’s best-known comedians are teaming up for a special gig to raise funds for a local homelessness charity.
Comedians including Colin Geddis, Diona Doherty, Paddy Rafferty, Shane Todd and even more will be taking part in Simon Community’s Laugh Out Loud event, a one-night-only special in aid of people affected by homelessness across Northern Ireland.
In association with Shine Events, the gig offers a unique opportunity to enjoy world class comedy while supporting a vital cause. All proceeds will go directly to Simon Community, helping provide emergency accommodation and life-changing support for those experiencing homelessness.

The event, which is taking place on Sunday, March 1 at Limelight Belfast, will help the charity provide shelter and support for over 1,200 people each year, and continue to campaign for meaningful solutions that help people change their lives.
Homelessness in Northern Ireland is rising, with 62,314 people currently without a home, including 19,657 children and young people under 18. Although the housing crisis has more than doubled over the past 10 years, homelessness is not inevitable.
Jim Dennison, Chief Executive of Simon Community, said: “This event is all about bringing people together through laughter while shining a light on an issue affecting thousands of people across Northern Ireland.
“Every ticket purchased helps Simon Community provide shelter, support, and hope to people experiencing homelessness. We are hugely grateful to the 12 local comedians giving us their time and talent to ‘stand-up’ for people experiencing homelessness”
Tickets are on sale this Friday, February 6, with more details available here.
