Kent bowler Fred Klaassen has signed a two-year deal to extend his stay at the club.
The club have announced that Klaassen, who was out of contract at the end of last season, has penned a two-year extension keeping him at the St Lawrence ground until the end of the 2027 season.

Once again, it is a white-ball contract for Klaassen, who is part of the Netherlands squad playing in the T20 World Cup next month. He’ll be up against Pakistan, the USA and hosts India in Group A.
“I’ve now been a Kent player for seven years and I’m very proud to commit my future for a further two seasons,” said Klaassen.
“I’ve already made so many memories here, including winning the Blast in 2021, and I hope to add more in the near future.”
Kent director of cricket Simon Cook added: “Fred is a big part of our white-ball bowling attack and we’re delighted that he has extended his contract for at least another two years.
“He’s now one of our more experienced seamers and we hope that our younger players can learn a lot from him going forward.”
