An air ambulance landed next to a caravan park after being called to an incident.
The helicopter touched down next to Beechlawns Caravan Park, just off the Thanet Way near Herne Bay, at about 12.30pm today.
A witness said there was a large response to an incident nearby.
Police and land ambulances were also in attendance in Molehill Road, between Chestfield and Greenhill.
The aircraft took off again at 1.15pm and returned to its base in Redhill, Surrey.
Emergency services have been contacted for further information.
