Kent Police was called at around 7am this morning (January 21) to the A282 just before the Dartford Tunnel.
Officers arrived and the person was passed into the care of medical professionals.
The Dartford Crossing was temporarily closed but has since re-opened.

There were heavy delays on the M25 in both directions following the incident.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called at around 7am to the A282 just before the Dartford Tunnel following concerns for the welfare of a person.
“Officers attended and the person was passed into the care of medical professionals. The road was temporarily closed but has since re-opened.”
