Ryan Pike showed up at Lady Beauty on Argyle Street in Glasgow around 11.15am on February 4, 2025 and approached workers.
Maryam Shorolahi and Parvin Shafahati were both working at the city centre store.
Ms Shafahati asked if she could help but Pike did not answer and instead grabbed the back of her neck with both hands.
A struggle began as the scared employees tried to get him out of the shop.
During the scuffle, Pike punched Shokrolahi in the body and then bit her, causing bruises. He also grabbed her by the neck.

The 30-year-old appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court after he pleaded guilty to two charges of assault.
His solicitor said: “He takes full responsibility for this offence. He was highly intoxicated but he realises that’s absolutely not an excuse.
“The women were simply working there and they did not deserve this treatment.
“He is apologetic.
“He is 30 years old and subject to two community payback orders. There has been maximum engagement.
“He is a vulnerable individual. He was the victim of a brutal assault last year, which caused him to lose his eye. He obtained his first conviction at 25.”
Sheriff Collette Gallagher said: “This is a particularly serious offence. What is particularly concerning to me is that you have no memory.
“You don’t have many previous convictions and it’s certainly not this level of violence you displayed here.
“Importantly, you tell us that you have abstained from alcohol for the past seven weeks. You seem committed to addressing this.
Pike was sentenced to a community payback order and will be under supervision by social work for 18 months.
He will also be required to engage with alcohol and drug addiction services.
Finally, he was tagged for 328 days, forcing him to stay home between 7pm and 7am each day.
